Sometimes it becomes necessary to switch from one email account to another, or maybe you would just like to be able to get your email messages from one or more accounts while using a different account. Most of the popular email services have the ability to fetch messages from other accounts. Some email services have the ability to forward emails to other accounts.
The best place to start looking for how to manage your email account is through the help features provided by your email service, or you can do an internet search on a specific topic for that email service. I put together a list of several internet links found by searching the topics of switching email services, moving email from one account to another, and checking email from other accounts. There are many more links that can be found on these topics.
If you have to switch email services, such as after changing internet service providers, you can often continue receiving emails sent to your old email address using your new email service, but you will not be able to reply or send new messages using your old email address.
